Cuba’s highly-trained and skilled work-force in construction is well-known. Cubanidad has engaged in discussions with the Authorised Company in Cuba with responsibility for co-ordinating the provision of its technical Human Resources Services to the region. The objective being that Cubanidad would endeavour to fill the gaps for technical services available in Trinidad and Tobago by facilitating the engagement of suitably qualified Cuban nationals on a needs basis.
